2015-2016 CLiC Fellows
The inaugural CLiC Fellows Class for 2015-2016 was selected in March 2015 and began their fellowship with an initial 3-day training and 10-day short course in Adaptive Management based at the St. George's University campus in June 2015.
The 17 fellows came from 13 different countries throughout the wider Caribbean region (see map). Each has at least several years of conservation field experience and nearly half have masters degrees in various conservation fields. They are working in five different teams on projects related to: Endemic & Endangered Species, Invasive Species, Trafficked Species, Critical Habitats and Critical Threats.
The 2015-2016 Fellow Teams implemented field projects and met virtually (October 2015, February 2016) and again in person (May 2016) prior to completing their projects (October 2016).
