Jasper Rene Romero Ebanks
Jasper Rene Romero Ebanks was born in Bluefield’s, Nicaragua on 22 January 1971. Studied Agricultural Engineering at the Technological Institute of Costa Rica. He is the holder of two Masters degrees- Master in Sustainable Management of Natural Resources, York University, Toronto, Canada and Master in University Education, Nacional University of Nicaragua.
Mr. Romero currently is the Director of the Institute of Biodiversity and Environmental Studies (IBEA) at Bluefield’s Indian and Caribbean University (BICU). He also has being working in the planning for coastal marine management, and as administrator and coordinator of the environmental monitoring mangrove forest in the community of Halover and Puerto el Bluff.
